What we collect
We collect only the details you choose to give us through the Share Your Community and Join the Network forms: your name, email address, role, organisation and community, plus any links or comments you add.
How we use it
Community submissions are reviewed before anything is published in the directory. Newsletter details are used only to send Pride in Place resources and programme updates. We do not sell or share your details with third parties.
Hub accounts and resource use
If you create a free Hub account we hold the registration details you give us: your name, email address, organisation, and — where you choose to add them — your role, your Pride in Place location and why you joined. When you open or download a protected UrbanCat resource we record which resource it was, which toolkit it came from and when. We do this to operate the Hub, administer registered-user access, understand which resources are useful and improve the service. This record is separate from marketing consent: choosing to receive UrbanCat updates is a distinct choice you make yourself and can change at any time.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you can ask us to correct or delete your details by emailing refuse.to.fail@urbancat.co.
Directory information
The Community Directory draws on publicly available programme information and published local sources. If something is inaccurate, tell us and we will correct it.
