Practical guidance
Short, hard-won implementation advice.
- Write the vision for residents first. If a resident cannot recognise their own neighbourhood in it, it is not finished.
- Anchor every ambition to something you can evidence today, so progress can be measured over ten years.
- Keep a short version (one paragraph) and a long version. You will need both.
